Custom food-grade silicone molds · Made in Provo, Utah

Custom molds

Your shape,
made into a mold.

Send a logo, a sketch or a 3D file. We model it, 3D print the master and pour the mold in platinum-cure food-grade silicone. From $49.

The process

From file to first pour.

Four steps, one approval. You see the 3D model before anything is printed or poured.

Send the shape

A logo file, an STL, a sketch or a photo of a sample. Tell us what you are pouring and how big the piece should be.

We model it

The shape becomes a 3D model, laid out as a tray. You get the model to approve before anything is made.

Print the master

Print the master

The approved model is 3D printed as a master: the exact positive of your piece, set in a casting box.

Pour and ship

Pour and ship

Platinum-cure food-grade silicone is poured over the master, cured, demolded and shipped from Provo, Utah.

The release

Flex the tray. Out they come.

Silicone bends, so the piece lets go without prying. Rounded cavity edges and a soft wall do the rest.
